At the moment, we’re looking for a:
Scrum Master (f/m)
Ableton is now looking for a Scrum Master to support
software and web application development with effective collaboration
and facilitation skills. He/she will be responsible for organizing and
moderating all Scrum-related meetings, removing
impediments for development teams and constantly improving quality. The
position is full time and located in Berlin,
Germany.
Your Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate sprint and release planning meetings, daily
stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos,
and other Scrum-related meetings
- Support development teams with internal and external communication,
improved transparency, and information
radiation
- Work within the organization to identify and remove impediments and
distractions for development team members;
take responsibility for the productivity of development teams
- Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards,
tools, and best practices
- Produce and communicate appropriate performance and quality metrics;
track and communicate team velocity
and sprint/ release progress
- Support the product owners with backlog maintenance
Requirements
- 2+ years of working experience as Scrum Master
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse
personality types
- Very strong moderation skills, experience with discussion and
conflict resolution
- Excellent team player with the ability to create a highly engaged,
collaborative team
- Tech background, profound knowledge of software development and
ability to understand technical issues
- Thorough understanding of and experience with agile software
development methodologies, frameworks, values,
procedures and lifecycle, specifically Scrum
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with high attention to
detail
- Self-motivated, creative and efficient in proposing solutions to
complex, time-critical problems
